Baked Greek Feta Chicken
We love a good greek style meal in our house, and this has become our go to baked chicken for these dinners. The salad dressing marinade is the same dressing from the Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad so it’s super easy to prepare together. Just make a double batch and use half for the marinade. You’re going to want to let it soak in the marinade for at least a half hour, but it’s even better if you can prepare things in the afternoon. That way you only have to do the baked chicken come dinner time and toss the already prepared salad ingredients together, easy peasy!
The baked greek feta chicken is also great to use as Greek Burgers, just add tatziki, tomatoes, cucumber, and more feta, or in chicken souvlaki which is basically the same ingredients as the greek burgers, but in a pita, delish!

Baked Greek Feta Chicken
Ingredients
Greek Salad Dressing Marinade
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tbsp Thyme
- Minced Garlic to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Main Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/3 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
Instructions

Mix Salad Dressing Marinade ingredients together and let the chicken marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Place chicken breasts on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with feta cheese.

Bake at 450 for 20 - 25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165.
