Our family is obsessed with these easy grab and go snack balls. They’ve been on regular rotation for years and now I only ever make double batches because we eat them up so quick.

What I love about this recipe is that it can be easily adapted to suit some of your family’s health concerns. I’ve started adding 5 diced prunes to a batch to help with the kids’ digestion, and you can add one simple ingredient to help with lactation support if you’re breastfeeding (check out the lactation boosting snack balls or lactation boosting breakfast bars).
