Our family is obsessed with these easy grab and go snack balls. They’ve been on regular rotation for years and now I only ever make double batches because we eat them up so quick.

These snack balls are so tasty and so easy to make even your toddler can help you make them, although I'm sure they'll eat a bunch while you do! These tasty snack balls keep great in the fridge and are a perfect grab and go snack.

What I love about this recipe is that it can be easily adapted to suit some of your family’s health concerns. I’ve started adding 5 diced prunes to a batch to help with the kids’ digestion, and you can add one simple ingredient to help with lactation support if you’re breastfeeding (check out the lactation boosting snack balls or lactation boosting breakfast bars).

Family Favourite Snack Balls

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or spatula. Let mixture sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to solidify. Scoop some out with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
