I love a good homemade salad dressing and this maple dijon balsamic vinaigrette does not disappoint. It’s easy to whip up and keep in the fridge for about two weeks.

Quick and Easy Maple Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing

This maple dijon balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing recipe is my go to for spring mix salads. It pairs great with Strawberry Balsamic Salad and Butternut Squash Chicken Salad both featured in my 93 Family Friendly Meal Ideas. You can easily swap out the dijon mustard for regular mustard, or use honey instead of maply syrup depending what you have on hand.

Maple Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Taste

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar and shake. Add to your favourite salads or use as a marinade. Stores well in the fridge for up to two weeks.

I hope you enjoy many salads using this maple dijon balsamic vinaigrette.
