I used to dread figuring out our meals. It felt like it consumed my day and I was wasting so much food 😩 I felt irritable and resentful being the one to figure out what to feed my family all the time. I KNEW there had to be a better way- so over two years I developed a system that takes the time consuming decision making out of the process 🙌 and has drastically reduced our food costs.
Now I spend around a minute a day choosing what to make my family, and as simple as that, I’ve freed up a ton of mental space which allows me to be more patient and present with my family.
I know how stressful it is carrying this load, and I don’t want any mom to go through this longer than they need to. This system WORKS and is flexible enough to adjust to whatever the day (or toddler) throws at you.
