How does this system save me time?

All of the meals can be made in 30 minutes or less, and each one includes make ahead tips so you can further streamline your evening cooking.

Are the meals vegetarian/vegan friendly?

The recipes included with this bundle are best suited for pescatarian or meat eating families, but vegetarian options are included for 80% of the meals. 

When and for how long will I have access to the materials and resources?

As soon as you checkout you will receive an email with login information for lifetime access to the portal. The guide will be released January 25th, and you will be notified by email. 

Do I need a special e-reader to view the guide?

The guide is a pdf file that can be downloaded and read on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, and is formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 in paper if you choose to do so. No special equipment required.
