If you’ve read any of my recent fall related posts (Things To Do For Fall & 7 Cozy Fall Recipes) you’d know that I love fall and I love pumpkin #SorryNotSorry. So recently when I was adding to my fall pumpkin recipe bucket list while reading through Top Inspired’s 10 Delicious Pumpkin Recipes I knew I finally had to try out a pumpkin nice cream recipe I’ve had on the list since it first hit fall.
Matt and I have been getting really into nice cream lately. As many of you know we have our sweet tooths and I feel totally guilt free when we give into our cravings with some nice cream. We first tried a peanut butter banana recipe that was super good! I then tried swirling some raspberry jam into it for a fun pb & j version. After those two successes we’ve been hooked, so obviously, I had to try some pumpkin nice cream.

This recipe uses only 4 simple ingredients and is fairly easy to make. I always find that I need to let the frozen bananas sit for a bit in the blender while blending it with the pumpkin puree so I can get that smooth consistency. You also don’t want it to sit in your freezer for too long, otherwise, it’ll be rock hard and you’ll have to let it sit out for a while before it’s soft enough to scoop.
This recipe was originally found on Lean Green Nutrition Fiend and adapted based on what I found worked best for Matt and I.
