M&M Snack Bites

These energy bites are super tasty, easy to make, and are a great balance between healthy ingredients like chia seeds, prunes, peanut butter, and oats, with a nice touch of M&M's.


  • 2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 4 - 5 pitted prunes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup M&M's


  1. Soak prunes in water for 10 minutes. Drain and chop in a food processor.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.

  3. Transfer mixture into a parchment-lined 9x9 pan or casserole dish. Pack down and let sit in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.

  4. Using a butter knife to slice into 1-inch cubes. Store in an airtight container.
