Family Favourite Snack Balls


  • 2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or spatula. Let mixture sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to solidify. Scoop some out with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
